SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Customer Services/ Data Entry Clerk will work as a member of our front-line service team, focusing on client support and order entry. They work directly with clients to input orders, offering an excellence in customer relations by providing positive interaction experiences on all levels.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion of High School Diploma
Completion of College or Technical Training would be considered an asset
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Fluency in French, verbal and written, would be considered an asset
Proficient with the use of a computer, including but not limited to the use of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience working with AS400 software would be considered an asset
Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as a member of a team
Proven problem solving and analytical skills; organizational planning and time management skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries providing support as required
Provide rate information and service cost analysis to customers
Maintain a database of customer relations, including general feedback
Complete customer service reviews and be supportive of corporate practices when dealing with service issues
Receive and process information using computer systems
Maintain records and statistics relative to order entry processes
Perform general office functions as required
Adhere to all ProNorth Transportation service standards and policies, including Health & Safety
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Perform all other duties as assigned
