Pro Funds Mortgages is a mortgage brokerage catering to real estate investors located in Burlington Ontario. This company has been established for over 17 years and offers comprehensive services to real estate investors. Pro Funds provides mortgage services in residential, multi-residential and commercial mortgages, with both private and institutional lenders.
We are looking for an executive assistant to the president of the company to assist in daily operations. The applicant must display knowledge of real estate, income property financing, residential mortgages, filogix, as well as syndicated mortgages. They must be able to underwrite deals, prepare packages, and draft documents. The applicant will be responsible for working with clients and lenders to ensure smooth transactions. The applicant will also handle administrative duties and organizational tasks. Advanced verbal and written communication skills are needed in order to deal with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

This is a fast paced and high energy office. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. This is a full time position (40 hours a week), and may require occasional overtime.
