One of our clients is in immediate need of an Office Clerk for their Waterloo Facility. This is a permanent position in which the candidate must be highly organized, have excellent communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Successful candidates will:
- Have accounting education
- Previous accounting experience
- Experience with Simply Accounting
- Experience with Sage 50
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Be detailed oriented
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with a time keeping system is a definite asset
The Office Clerk will be responsible for:
- Account Receivables
- Accounts Payables
- Answering phones
- Job costing
This position will be Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm, some flexibility is required. Wage is $16- $18 per hour and dependent on experience.
