We are currently seeking an energetic, responsible and customer service oriented person for the position of Front Office Coordinator at our Kitchener location. General duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones
  • Assisting applicants with registration
  • Filing applications
  • Scanning documents
  • Photocopying
  • Faxing
  • Reviewing Resumes
  • Answering General inquiries

Successful candidates will have previous office experience, be flexible, and have a professional and positive attitude. Position starts at $12-14 per hour dependent on experience.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm. Position will be part-time hours to start with definite potential to go full-time. Interested applicants please apply via email.
