Area Sales Manager, Agricultural Equipment OEM
Location: Saskatoon, SK

Support equipment dealer network and manage a sales territory to generate sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction of products. Organize and assist dealers in conducting customer clinics and open houses to promote the sale of products. Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to dealers, customers and prospects. Plan, organize and participate at regional equipment shows, dealer meetings and field training programs. Attend field related activities and industry functions. Provide customer feedback to influence current and future product design and development. Review and manage sales volumes, market share and dealer inventories.

Desired Skills & Experience

Previous sales territory management experience in agriculture or related equipment. Advanced communication and organizational skills with excellent presentation skills. Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Degree /Diploma with related sales management experience.
