Promotional Tour Field Coordinators

PRIME MARKETING is a communication agency that has been providing nontraditional advertising services for 15 years. We specialize in field and events marketing (street marketing, product launches and sampling, fundraisers, and creative marketing events). Position summary
Reporting to the account executive based in Quebec, the tour coordinator will be responsible for executing hot beverage sampling tours and will act as the point of contact for equipment maintenance.


  • Research events and/or sample products opportunities and recommend them to the account executive
  • Help recruit and train brand ambassadors
  • Follow up with employees (schedules, timesheets, etc.)
  • Manage agency’s and client’s warehouse and vehicles
  • Order supplies and prepare materials needed for promotions
  • Drive equipment to events
  • Set up and dismantle visuals and promotional tools at each event
  • Keep product sampling equipment clean and fully functional (before, during, and after the event)
  • Make the products to be sampled
  • Inspect and maintain equipment
  • Clean the outside and inside of the truck and trailer
  • Complete event reports after each outing
  • Plan the execution and implementation of all other field advertising activities for the client (as needed)
  • Perform all other related tasks as needed

Requirements/research skills:

  • Experience in an marketing event agency as a coordinator
  • Serious-minded leader
  • Ability to drive a truck with a 25-foot trailer
  • Extensive evening and weekend availability for promotional events throughout the province
  • Interest in manual labor
  • Resourceful and independent
  • In very good physical shape
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic mechanical skills (an asset)
  • Fast food experience (an asset)
  • Bilingual (an asset)


  • Flexible and variable schedule (±30-40 hr./week)
  • Permanent position
