The company acquired the Trade Secret chain of beauty product stores from Regis in 2009. The purchase has significantly bolstered Premier Salons' retail foothold, especially in the US. As part of the deal, the company gained about 600 Trade Secret retail shops and Beauty Express salons, most of which are situated in fashion malls.
