Preparing and sending out invoices
Coordinating sub trades
Maintaining/ordering office and shop supplies
Entering files for billings
Sorting time sheets for pay roll
General office administration
Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Chronicle & Quickbooks experience a huge asset.
