Premier Fire & Flood Restoration Inc. is hiring for the position of a full time office manager. Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phone
Preparing and sending out invoices
Coordinating sub trades
Maintaining/ordering office and shop supplies
Inputting estimates
Entering files for billings
Sorting time sheets for pay roll
General office administration

Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Chronicle & Quickbooks experience a huge asset.
