Roll: Relieving CEO of clerical work and minor administrative and business details. Scheduling appointments; screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; taking dictation and minutes; carrying out background research and presenting findings; Performing various tasks by using experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements: Pro-active, highly organized with attention to detail; completion of higher education (college, university or industry specific programs); PC literate with strong skills in MSOffice and Blackberry use; 1-3 years of personal or executive support experience; posses a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
Due to nature of the job, the successful candidate must be willing to undergo an employment history/criminal record/credit history check.
Salary is dependent on experience.
