Premier Equipment Ltd., is one of Ontario’s largest John Deere dealers – providing equipment and technology to Agricultural, Commercial and Residential customers. With 10 locations across southern Ontario, Premier provides sales, parts and service on John Deere’s complete Ag and Turf product line – from residential lawn mowers to combines and forage harvesters. As well, Premier supports the John Deere Commercial Worksite Product line-up of light construction and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:

Provide customers with an above average level of customer support encouraging allegiance, professionalism, customer service initiatives and corporate initiatives on a daily basis.
Promote Team Work and a “Customer First” commitment to all branch and inter-branch, Service, Parts and Sales departments.
Perform administrative responsibilities for the service department pertaining to internal, external and warranty work orders such as opening, maintaining, comments, invoicing and filing.
Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership.
Distributes mail and maintains dealership files.
Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders.
Assist service coordinator with department documents after examining for completeness and accuracy.
Order office supplies for the store location.
Assists other co-workers with related tasks as necessary.
Assist Service Manager with special events and projects as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

Solid clerical expertise
General accounting knowledge
Strong people and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
High School diploma or equivalent experience
