We are looking for an energetic bilingual (Québécois French preferred) customer service representative to join our mid-town Toronto team!

PREFERRED ONE has partnered with over 250 national, regional and local brand name retailers across Canada, to represent and market gift cards through various programs including the Shop and Support Fundraising Program™ (www.shopandsupport.ca), The Gift Card Boutique™ (www.thegiftcardboutique.com) and JUMP Rewards, (www.jumprewards.com).
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
deal directly with customers either by telephone or email in French and English
respond promptly to customer inquiries
handle and resolve customer complaints
obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
perform customer verifications
process orders, forms, applications and requests
direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
keep records of customer interactions and transactions
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
record details of actions taken
communicate and coordinate with internal departments
follow up on customer interactions
