Process Admin Support
This position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Department in price administration and sales. Other administrative functions as assigned from time to time.
Major Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Administrative Assistant to Manager Sales Administration
- Price Administration
- Prepare daily, monthly and periodic sales reports
- Process daily contract file changes
- General customer correspondence
- Responsible for all Sales Dept. office equipment maintenance and supplies (copiers and fax machines, postal machine)
- Process stationery requests & maintain necessary supplies
- Responsible for the timely completion of various other administration clerical tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Related Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent
- The applicant should be an exceptional communicator.
- Two years experience in administration and reception
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manners
- Computer skills
- Applicant should have a proven track record of being decisive, adaptable and results oriented. A commitment to safety is a must
