In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 4.50 hours
The Confidential Secretary is accountable for the provision of receptionist and confidential clerical support services necessary for the effective and efficient administrative operations of the PNHR Administration office. The incumbent is responsible for confidential secretarial services to the Directors and Nurse Managers at the Lloydminster Hospital. The successful candidate must have an Office Education certificate from a recognized Business School and a minimum 12 months experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with employee information
- Ability to manage competing priorities within limited time frames
- Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
