PRAIRIEMOBILE COMMUNICATIONS, a leading supplier of wireless communications products with 19 branches across the Prairies and NW Ontario, has an opening for a full time Payroll & Financial Assurance Specialist at our head office on King Edward. We have a great company culture and value our employees!

This unique role will work 0.5 EFT in Human Resources conducting payroll & benefit administration for 170 employees, vacation and attendance tracking, workplace safety and health and participate in project work. The remaining 0.5 EFT will be spent working in the Finance department auditing and reconciling cellular contracts, commissions’ reports and branch procedures.

Qualifications include a degree in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of 3 years experience in a HR or Finance position, inter-provincial multi-company commissioned payroll administration, benefit administration and intermediate Excel skills. A CPA designation, experience with Great West Life or Ceridian Insync software are definite assets.
