Office Manager – Full Time Permanent
Powerled Ultra Inc. is a family owned and operated business. We specialize in LED lighting for home and businesses. We are growing quite rapidly, and are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to grow with us.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, excellent communication skills, able to effectively problem solve and think on their feet.
Administrative Skills: Answering multiple phone lines, faxing, answering emails, filing, greeting customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Organization Skills: ability to work efficiently in a professional setting with minimal supervision, able to meet strict deadlines, ability to track and maintain inventory, process merchandise.
Reporting: Will report to President and Vice President of the company. Ability to track order sheets, process accounts on given account software (experience/knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset)
Computer Skills: intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, able to type 30-50 wpm.
Relationship Skills: must possess exceptional customer service skills, proven ability to effectively communicate in both English and French (verbal and written)
Presence: must have a professional and confident presence, strong work ethic, positive attitude and proactive approach to problem solving.
-Minimum education required: College Diploma or Bachelor Degree
-2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
-Must be fluent in verbal and written communication in both the English and French languages
