Assistant Manager Position Description
As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in achieving:
- Total Customer Satisfaction
-Exceptional Service (fast, friendly, accurate service and going that extra mile)
- People Excellence
- Building Sales
- Controlling Food Cost to achieve targeted budgets
- Controlling Labour Cost to maximize labour efficiency and beat labour cost targets
-Human resources-assist the gm with hiring quality staff
-Assist in developing staff and shift supervisors into the next level.
-Complete and analyse weekly inventories
-Complete daily time card entries.
**please note that the position is not limited to the above
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Prior QSR experience of min. 1 year
-High School Diploma min. education
-Good decision making skills
-Able to implement maintain policies and procedures
-Able to pass all training program courses
-Food Handler’s and first aid an asset, but will train
-Training (6 to 10 weeks)
