We are currently seeking an energetic candidate with solid experience in IT Help Desk and customer service.
The position’s expectations are as follows:
- Answer technical support telephone line and email
- Remote troubleshooting
- Demonstrate customer relations skills and maintain a positive company image during all interactions with the customers
- Assist remote server setups (upgrade)
- Learn Custom software
- Maintain detail log of problems
- Support 500 Plus Desktop PC’s , Tablets
- Monday – Sunday ( shift work )
- Fluent in English
- 2 + years IT support experience in a large scale network environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with SonicWALL firewall hardware and administration
- Understanding of network peripheral devices
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Must be a team player who also works well independently
- Experienced in set-up, installation, Networks & Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8, as well 8.1 operating systems
The selected candidate will start with telephone technical support. Position consists of remote location installation for Custom Product.
Major duties: Installation of custom software, maintaining network, troubleshooting, and software upgrades, monitoring network for defective desktop PC’s, and communicating with on-site technicians
