Pros: some nice people/personalities
Cons: sales cycle is painfully long. some senior management walk around like there stuff doesn't stink.
An ongoing power struggle. Too many chiefs and not enough people getting things done. Travel was extensive and demanded even if the prospect was luke warm. No concern on spending money...I'd be a nervous – more... investor as the company does not seem to be fiscally responsible. Concentration on Tier1 merchants is unrealistic as the very large companies can go direct to the loyalty partners. Not sure there is a great deal of value having Points act as the conduit for marketing access/entitlements. Even when a deal gets signed and agreed upon the timeline to launch is painfully slow and long. On a positive note there are number of great middle management people that seem to have their act together. – less
