We are currently seeking to fill a 7 month contract for an Administrative Assistant job in Waterloo, ON. Working within the Mortgage New Accounts Team you will support the administration of our client’s mortgage products. The pay rate is $13.05 per hour including vacation pay. The anticipated start date is August 12, 2013. The hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Administrative Assistant job responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to questions regarding mortgage products from both internal and external clients
  • Preparing and processing mortgage, correspondence, and financial documentation
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets through Excel
  • Data entry
