Cons: lots of standing, management and policy changes
Count the till and make sure everything is okay, record any discrepancies, assist customers around the store at quiet times of the day, clean the cash area as well as the tables for customers, greet customers with a smile and talk about healthy eating and naturopathic remedies, bag for the customers and assist them with carrying their purchases to their car if necessary. The hardest part of the job was when customers had so many things to buy that the line would get very long and customers would start to get impatient if another cashier didn't come along quickly. However, I really enjoyed talking to the customers and I learned a LOT about health by working there.
