Quality Assurance Specialist (Full-Time)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform call monitoring and set the quality standards for incoming and outgoing calls
  • Ensure Quality Assurance checklist is completed and determine if agents handle the call according to QA standards and guidelines
  • Ensure that customer service agents are delivering a high level of customer service
  • Deliver coaching feedback to agents on call performance
  • Identify weekly call trends data and report it to the management team
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Call Center team leader & managers
  • Compile weekly/monthly reports and track performance at an individual and group level

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of call center customer care experience
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible working hours
  • Demonstrate a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, decision making and organizational skills
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
