Pros: variety of work and employers
Cons: lower pay due to the firm taking their cut
Lots of variety in contacts. I worked for some great companies and gained a lot of different experience. The people I worked with were some of the best I've ever worked with. The staff at the agency are helpful and actually care about their employees.
