Brief Job Description
Reporting to the Supervisor, Merchant Support, this Specialist is responsible for assisting merchants to interact with Pivotal’s platform while working on-call in a 24/7 call center environment. Duties include merchant contact at a high level of technical support and identifying and resolving all support requirements directly with merchants. This individual contributes to ensuring that Pivotal’ high volume merchants maintain their productivity and service performance standards
- Answer inbound customer service related calls;
- Provide technical support for POS interac terminals and other Pivotal Payments products;
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of any customer request;
- Foster client loyalty;
- Solving settlements and statements request;
- Other related tasks.
- Ability to be tactful, maintain confidences and foster an ethical working environment;
- Proven ability to work with grace under pressure in a dynamic team environment;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to work in both French and English (essential), Spanish an asset.
