Pros: pay was decent- work is not hard, good benefits and insurance, plenty of over time, good company perks, shift bonus for 3rd shift workers, stability-never heard of them doing massive layoffs
Cons: extreme miscommunication from management to employees, unfair and biased business practices that benefitted only certain cultures, employees and management slept around the warehouse heavily, mismanagement of everything company and employee related, managers were some of the most imcompetent i hope to never see again, little to no employee morale- new comers are treated very cold and harsh by the older employees, little to no room for advancement or growth unless you were a company or manager favorite, managment was unprofessional at handling gossip/pettiness so turnovers were high- morale stayed low
I worked for the company until recently before I bailed and found something else. The work itself is monotonous, it is not hard work and is easy to do. I was a pre-sorter on 3rd shift at the Charlotte, NC area facility.
Every night, I worked on the machine with a machine operator and one other presorter. We collected and sorted the mail, and checked the bar-codes and postage info in preparation to be picked up and delivered by the post office.
