PineLake Communications is currently looking to employ a Project Coordinator for contract work. The chosen project coordinator will need to work on a daily basis in Waterloo, ON.
Duties include project coordination and administration from proposal to completion, track schedules, monitor project status, compile documents, track budgets, assist with client billings and all other tasks related to project coordination.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years relevant experience in project support within videography, have knowledge in basic finance administration, be technically proficient, exhibit excellent communication skills and be detail oriented.
This position is to initially cover a multitude of new projects that have been authorized for completion, but there may be an opportunity for this role to go permanent.
