The head office, major shop facility and main yard are located in Owen Sound, Ontario. Regional offices & yards are situated in Huntsville, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, North Bay, Lucan, Chatham and St. Thomas Ontario.

Reports to the President
The Fleet Manager will be accountable for the total fleet and purchasing requirements. As part of the senior management team, the Fleet manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing the fleet organization to meet the needs of field operations.
Participate and be a key contributor to the planning process and create a three year fleet plan.
Manage and grow a team of qualified and dedicated professionals.
Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff.
Review existing policies, procedures, internal controls and processes in order to identify
opportunities for improvements.
Manage all aspects of the fleet operation including safety, material procurement, parts,
vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.
Develop and meet budget requirements.
Meet goals and objectives as identified..
The ideal candidate will be a businessperson with substantial fleet and mechanical experience.
A proven track record managing fleets.
A leader, with considerable management experience and proven capabilities providing
leadership and direction to various levels of staff.
An ability to anticipate problems and master details.
Entrepreneurial in nature.
A customer satisfaction focus.
Work out of the Owen Sound office with travel around Ontario
