OFFICE HOURS: 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday-Thursday, 8:30AM-4PM Fridays


  • Accounting Functions:

o Verifying and entering supplier invoices
o Invoicing clients
o Collections
o Government Filings
 Deductions at source
 GST/TVQ reports
o Other accounting reports

  • Purchasing Functions:

o Issuing PO’s
o Following up on PO’s
o Updating tracking & filing of PO’s

  • Obtain necessary data to support the work of other staff members
  • Other related Duties

1. Computer knowledge required (PC Based):
a. Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
b. Sage Simply Accounting Software
c. Other related programs an asset
2. Working Knowledge of French (mainly Oral), written an asset
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Detail Orientation
5. Ability to multi-task and support others when needed
6. Minimum CEGEP diploma or equivalent
