PHH is currently heavily recruiting because they don’t have the people or the talent to cover the work coming in as a result lower management are forced to manage there projects from the field and most lower management is promoted beyond there capabilities. Upper management is indifferent and apathetic with regards to the well being of lower level employees. I would not recommend working for this company.
