Very busy company
Senior Technical Assistant (Current Employee), Blue Bell, PA – April 9, 2013
Pros: can't think of any
Cons: too many to list
More work keeps getting piled on you each day. There's very little or no training or training manuals to follow. The moral is very bad. People aren't treated very well and talked down to. You work non stop and most days are so busy that you can't take a lunch. There's no flexability, very little vacation time per year and the health benefits are horrible. – more... The hardest part of the job is trying to keep up with the workload. The only enjoyable part of the job is seeing my friends each day. – less

Overall
IT Senior Associate (Current Employee), Princeton, NJ – December 17, 2012
Pharmanet is a Pharmaceutical Company that I've had the pleasure of working at for the past 4 and a half years. A typical days work is coming in the morning. Receiving calls from users and helping them with any Technical issues they might be having. I learned the value of listening to users and fully getting the whole picture when it comes to what type – more... of help a user might need. The management was great and the only reason I'm leaving is because our job got Outsourced. – less

Growing pains prevalent during multiple mergers
Quality (Current Employee), Indianapolis, IN – March 12, 2012
Pros: schedule flexibility, work from home allowed, compensation at entry was excellent
Cons: pto is decreasing, raises and bonuses have decreased, job security is lacking due to multiple lay offs, significant changes in leadership
The company is encountering many growing pains as it has merged 3 CROs in the past year. The changes in HR policies and communication gaps are still a struggle. They are navigating a challenging period of time.
