lots of training there where different techneques that I had to use on every line I was on every night and I would get switched every hour. The eye breaks were the best part of the job. I had a great manager.

Absolutely no job security/progression or praise!! Management complete closed shop very quick to praise themselves, no transparency between management and staff, failed attempts to rectify have been a complete disaster and is quickly swept under the carpet and forgotten about.
