REPORTING TO: Residential Coordinator
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, running errands, gassing and cleaning cars daily, intercompany mail run, assisting in the maintenance of several properties throughout the Calgary/Okotoks area, general household maintenance, scheduling and coordinating with electricians, plumbers and other contractors as necessary and ensuring that all properties are kept in impeccable condition.
To meet the challenge of this role, we are seeking an extremely organized, self-starter with outstanding people skills along with basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing applications. This individual will also be capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a flexible, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of MS Word and database management would be a definite asset.
