My typical day at work included responding to phonecalls from clients, adjusters, assessment centers, lawyers etc. I had to respond to inquiries and transfer them on switchboard phone accordingly. I was typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and documents. Moreover, my resposibilities involved preparing clients medical reports from manual and electronic files. Also, i provided general information to clients and the public, ordered supplies and maintained inventory, photocopied and collated documents for distribution, mailing and filing. I have learned to be organized and prioritize tasks to maintain an efficient work environment.
