Our client, a software solutions provider to multiple sectors seeks a Functional Analyst/Business Analyst for its offices in the GTA.
You are passionate about world-class enterprise software applications and are a wiz at functional guidance, configuration and knowledge transfer on SAP MM / PM / QM modules.
You are adept at translating customer parameters and business objectives into functional requirements and user stories- the aim being to design user friendly products worthy of praise.
Working with other departments including other Product Managers, Development & QA Leads, and Product Architects, you have a love for ensuring technology works to help businesses achieve their desired end results.
Monitor, present, and share knowledge regarding SAP functionality and configuration within Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, and Quality Management modules.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure product lines sufficiently support SAP data structures, functionality and interfaces.
Develop thorough functional user stories and specs for new products/features.
Record detailed acceptance criteria for each user story
Execute design reviews with multiple stakeholders to foster buy-in from all parties
Track and participate in the implementation process of a given product release
Instruct development team on priorities of each feature / function
Deep knowledge of SAP's EAM solution, technology, and an understanding of ERP master data concepts
2 years of SAP – PM, MM, QM configuration skills obtained from SAP implementations
Solid background in SAP functional configuration and blueprinting from a client perspective
“Hands-on” attitude so you will get detailed at a functional level
Experience with other EAM systems (Oracle, IBM)
Technologically savvy, in tune with emerging technologies and trends in information architecture
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in an Agile Development environment considered an asset
SAP certification - Plant Maintenance – an asset, but not mandatory
