Key Responsibilities:

-Work closely with the PM team to;

-Consolidate status and metrics reporting

-Administer account resource planning process

-Provide overall support for the management teams (for example: MS Project schedule development, maintenance, financial reconciliations, issue management and tracking, and meeting administration).

Skills and Experience:

-University/College Degree/Diploma with a focus on Computer Science
-Excellent communications skills with fluency in both French and English (verbal and written)
-Excellent documentations & presentations skills with a collaborative and proactive attitude
-Experienced in the use of MS Project, MS Office experience

-Project administration/management experience

-Excellent planning and organization skills
