As our client moves to a new generation of its core product and underlying technology, it provides an exciting opportunity for a client focused professional to join their team as a Client Services Coordinator. Our client is recognized for their role in assisting many prominent organizations to achieve their business goals through wellness and as the Client Services Coordinator, you will continue to uphold this quality service.

The Role:
Provide quality and timely support to global clients;
Manage and resolve client enquiries in an efficient manner;
Gather and document implementation and custom work requirements;
Consult and recommend solutions for unique customer needs;
Develop client documentation to facilitate the improvement of processes and maintain accurate client records and profiles;
Provide clients with report training and ongoing support;
Liaise with development staff regarding project progress;
Assist clients in developing strategies to promote use of products; and
Support business development functions through the creation of proposals.

You and Your Experience:
Post secondary education in a technology or business related discipline;
You have client management experience and are skilled in dealing with and building client relationships at various levels of management;
You have a basic understanding of HTML coding;
You have had experience in a project management related role;
You have negotiation experience – specifically negotiating solutions regarding delivery dates and project changes;
You enjoy working with people and are service oriented;
You can manage multiple tasks and are able to prioritize effectively;
You are a creative and conceptual thinker always looking for a new approach to an idea;
You are a clear communicator – you are able to present ideas to various people ranging from senior executives to technical and non-technical professionals;
You think strategically & enjoy problem solving; and
Though not a requirement, having experience with HelpDesk and a fluency in an additional language will be considered assets.
