Our client is a firm that provides financial services to their clients. They believe in delivering outstanding service and products to their clients and are in need of an Administrative Assistant, Wealth Management who has those same desires.

The Role:
Provide administrative assistance to the team;
Prepare and manage new client account documentation;
Respond to Financial Advisor requests and inquiries;
Be liaison for clients regarding requests and support;
Assist with billings and banking duties such as checking cash balances on a monthly basis for various investments and payments;
Provide telephone and client reception relief when needed;
Research and obtain information relevant to finance, wealth management and investments from appropriate companies;
Maintain portfolio management software;
Prepare and co-ordinate the production of timely documented materials such as annual investment policy statements, reports, presentations, and other client-oriented information;
Maintain databases to assist Financial Advisors in providing up to date information to clients.

You and Your Experience:
You have proven experience with research, analysis and report creation;
You have experience working in a financial, wealth management or investment environment (ideally supporting Financial OR Investment Advisors);
You are skilled at drafting professional business correspondence with an eye for detail concerning edits and formatting;
You excel at customer service, able to work with all levels of an organization and external partners;
You possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills;
You are able to work both independently and within a team environment and you exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills;
You are a strong communicator in both clarity and consistency with the verbal and written word;
You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications; and
You have demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
