Have to have a good mental therapist to work here.
CSR Truck Maintenance (Current Employee) –  Concord ON10 June 2014
Very bad run at Penske ( CONCORD, ON )

I had to fight for my hours for pay. Watch your pay stubs. Hours missing. Treated like a sub contractor.

Most of the time all information regarding the job was not given at the beginning. Did not know what was expected of the employee. Supervisors constant criticism. Mind changers, Rude & Greedy Scary environment. Supervisor and Manager untrustworthy.

They don't supply equipment when using chemicals. Shop is poor managed. Disregard for safety of others just self.

Penske CONCORD ON is in one Word "Garbage"
Pros
Good Benefits, Some good enviroment depending on the location.
Cons
If you don't wach your step you will get cond.

Lube Technician (Current Employee) –  Edmonton10 January 2013
Good place however salary could be better than what it is. I would rather talk more over an interview than posting it publicly.

Great Compensation
Lead Rental Representitive (Current Employee) –  Halifax, NS12 November 2012
This job is extremely stressful and none management are taken for granted and unappreciated. Other then the compensation I have nothing positive to say about this company. I feel they are profoundly unprofessional, vulgar, rude, deceitful and most management have very few values or ethical standards.
Pros
compensation
Cons
everything

Limited challenge with no room for advancement
General Manager (Current Employee) –  Barrie, ON26 April 2012
A typical day is very routine with little change from day to day and limited challenges, there is little to learn once you have mastered the system. My direct manager is a great person to work with, and does not micro manage, the co-workers pull together to make things happen and keep the customers happy. The hardest part of the job is dealing stress out people who are angry because of their moving experience has caused them grief. The best part of my job is seeing the same people leave with a smile on their face because they just had the best experience of their whole move.

Pros
Environnement de travail agréable
Cons
Compagnie Américaine
