Pay was acceptable. Working around kids and staff is fun and challenging. I have no problem with that, other than the Supervisor in maintenance department.
Maintenance Supervisor has little to NO experience at all with regards to leading the team. Supervisor doesn't listen to suggestions from his maintenance crew and talks behind each and every crew member. The guy had mainly construction background so most of the work done on most of the locations are one of the "getho-est" work ive witnessed.
I heard from other team mates that I wasn't the first maintenance person to quit the job because of him, there we're approximately aroud 3 more individuals who quit the job prior to me. We complained him before but it seemed like no action was done.
