We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to manage our direct sales and online field training. We want a self starter – a creative, energetic and highly motivated professional who aligns with our brand “children must play”. We want someone who has a passion for training and can ignite the energy and drive in our sales team.
Some responsibilities of the role include managing the vision and content for online training materials, developing training materials (manuals, videos and education materials) and analyzing training needs to develop new programs and modify existing ones.
If you have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of training experience and have demonstrated experience in supporting learning and development; if you are craving a flexible environment, then you may be the person we are looking for!
