Main Responsibilities: Sell our brand products and services to across Canada using the professional tolls provided by PayTech.

Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Inside Sales, cold calling, follow-up and proactive contact of existing partners. Identify and additional purchases of products and services up sell. Work closely with internal and external support departments. Respond to requests from customers for information and giving presentations. Engage in technical discussions with current and potential clients.
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the B2B/B2C and e-commerce industries. Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports. Effectively utilize and update information within CRM tool.

The interaction this associate will have with prospective customers will directly impact the public image of the PayTech sales organization and partners we represent. We must gain the trust and respect of our merchants so that they are confident their needs and concerns will be handled in a prompt and professional manner.
Candidate RequirementsTwo (2) years in customer service, public speaking or training role in a sales company.


Will interface directly with PayTech sales organization. Must build strong relationships with the sales team. Will also interface directly with prospective customers, center personnel, and partners daily.
Attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people and various levels of management. Above average command of grammatical use of the English language.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Dependable and dedicated.
Work experience should include a minimum of two (2) years in a sales role.
Basic knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of computer systems, communication tools and software such as Windows , Internet Security, On-line Chat, CRM, and file formats.
