It was an interesting work environment

- A typical day was spent managing the Product Configuration for the CSeries Fuel and Inerting Systems Preliminary Design.
- I became comfortable with Bombardier`s Catia V5 PDM/ PLM tools for Product Structure and discovered the world of an aircraft Fuel System.
- Management was in California for the most part and were at our instant disposal throughout.
- My co-workers were professional, knowledgeable helpful and a delight to work with.
-The hardest part of the job was dealing with a new program and system I wasn`t comfortable with.
- The most enjoyable was the sense of accomplishment that came from acquiring the new talents listed above.

An overall good employer.

PH is a great company overall. Some of their practices, and I.S. systems, are considerably behind current standards.

I appreciated the considerable use of published KPI's. However, it was common for some data to be manipulated in order to produce the appearance of more favourable results. I did not appreciate this lack of transparency.

This company does not care for it's employees. You are just another slave that has to deal with upper management drama and there is NO job security here. The management just plain out sucks, best to steer clear of this company!!!

Un petit bonjour à tous

J’ai appris à travailler avec des directives strictes et de suivre des directives de chantier.

Nos superviseurs nous expliquaient les marches à suivre et les délais.

J’ai beaucoup de respect et d’affinité avec mes confrères.

Une des choses les plus difficiles est de ne pas respecter les délais de livraison quand nous avons vraiment tous essayé pour y arriver ex : pièce BO, Bris d’équipement etc.

D’apprendre de nouvelles choses des appliques et de sortir du travail avec le sentiment du travail accompli.
