- A typical day was spent managing the Product Configuration for the CSeries Fuel and Inerting Systems Preliminary Design. - I became comfortable with Bombardier`s Catia V5 PDM/ PLM tools for Product Structure and discovered the world of an aircraft Fuel System. - Management was in California for the most part and were at our instant disposal throughout. - My co-workers were professional, knowledgeable helpful and a delight to work with. -The hardest part of the job was dealing with a new program and system I wasn`t comfortable with. - The most enjoyable was the sense of accomplishment that came from acquiring the new talents listed above.
excitment of the chance of working on a new program in a great environment

PH is a great company overall. Some of their practices, and I.S. systems, are considerably behind current standards.
I appreciated the considerable use of published KPI's. However, it was common for some data to be manipulated in order to produce the appearance of more favourable results. I did not appreciate this lack of transparency.

This company does not care for it's employees. You are just another slave that has to deal with upper management drama and there is NO job security here. The management just plain out sucks, best to steer clear of this company!!!
