It was an interesting work environment

Pros: excitment of the chance of working on a new program in a great environment
Cons: It all ended too soon.
- A typical day was spent managing the Product Configuration for the CSeries Fuel and Inerting Systems Preliminary Design.
- I became comfortable with Bombardier`s Catia V5 PDM/ PLM tools for Product Structure and discovered the world of an aircraft Fuel System.
- Management was in California for the most part and were at our instant disposal throughout.
- My co-workers were professional, knowledgeable helpful and a delight to work with.
-The hardest part of the job was dealing with a new program and system I wasn`t comfortable with.
- The most enjoyable was the sense of accomplishment that came from acquiring the new talents listed above.

PH is a great company overall. Some of their practices, and I.S. systems, are considerably behind current standards.

I appreciated the considerable use of published KPI's. However, it was common for some data to be manipulated in order to produce the appearance of more favourable results. I did not appreciate this lack of transparency.

• Developing, validating, forecasting and maintaining the production, customer and business plan; running scenarios on production plans and customer requests, validating and accepting orders, forecasting products with critical and time sensitive resources.
