Park2Go Airport Parking is a 24/7 airport parking operation that offers Valet service to travelers flying out of the Calgary International Airport.
We are currently procuring candidates to our “Shift Supervisor - Team Lead” role for “overnight shifts”.

Job Summary:

Assists the Operations Manager & General Manager in executing the day-to-day activities in support of the strategic planning initiatives to ensure a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote an overall corporate image of excellence through a strong work ethic, leadership by example, and the consistent delivery of excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

Service industry background & a “Can Do” attitude
Above average customer relations & exceptional people skills
Supervise 10 – 30 employees at any one time and able to make decisions under pressure
Clean drivers abstract (Alberta Class 4 License), able to drive a standard vehicle.
Leadership qualities and demonstrated organizational skills.
Excellent time-management skills and problem solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with diverse personalities.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to determine optimal solutions to complex problems, issues.
Flexibility to adapt to change in an aggressive, high-growth company.
