We require an Administrative Assistant for our Registration Department. We are seeking an individual that enjoys administrative duties and has an acute attention to detail with the ability to process numerous documents quickly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent written English
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good telephone voice
  • Looking for long term employment

FLUENCY IN FRENCH IS A BONUS!

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Registering client files
  • Communication with clients, police departments and RCMP detachments
  • Booking appointments for clients
  • Preparation of documents and paperwork
  • Data Entry & Filing

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Entry Level Position ($11.00/hour)
  • Full-Time Employment (30 to 40 hours/week)
  • Full On-Site Training Provided
