To provide personal administative support and assistance to executive staff.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
File and retreive documents and reference materials
Collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
Proficient computer skills, organizational and planning skills, team member, adaptability are required. Experience an advantage
