Ø Checking in guests to the hotel, check guests out of the hotel and assist with guest queries whenever required.
Ø Working hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Agent will be trained in Night Audit duties and must be flexible to training hours and access. Must be willing to learn night audit in a very fast pace environment.
Ø Answering guest inquires in a courteous, professional and attentive manner at all times
Ø Answering telephone calls and handling/balancing cash
Ø Follow up on guest concerns and requests
Ø Establish a personal rapport with the guest to learn about their needs and expectations
Ø Actively seek feedback from guests, following up and taking action to exceed guest expectations.
Ø A personalized touch during guest interaction to ensure they feel welcome and special
Ø Strong and effective communication with all other departments.

Ø Previously demonstrated commitment to exceeding guests' expectations at all times
Ø Previous experience working within a Front Office environment is an advantage
Ø Must be computer literate
Ø Professional in presentation and demeanor
Ø Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Ø Must enjoy working in a team environment
Ø Must be willing to work night shift
