Technical support representatives

Selected candidates will be responsible for providing world-class customer service in a dynamic customer support team, while making sure that client's technical requests are treated according to high standards of service.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-platform environment and have advanced knowledge of all or some of the following platforms and products: Win 98, Win ME, Win 2000, Win XP, Vista, Win 7, Mac, multiple internet browsers, Outlook, Outlook Express, Internet-related protocols, Security products (i.e Firewall technology, Anti-virus).
- Advanced knowledge of setup and troubleshooting of hardware devices ranging from MP3 players to gaming consoles.
- Ability to effectively identify new virus and spyware issues as they arise and remain up to date on the latest removal techniques.
- Technical computer knowledge A+ certified is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Starting salary range is 14$/hour.
