Professional services firm seeks an individual for an available receptionist/administrator position.

Work responsibilities will include:
- Reception and general administration, including answering and placing phone calls, taking and communicating messages, and sending and receiving faxes
- Typing and proof reading documents
- Light data entry and bookkeeping
- Filing and scanning using the Firm's digital paperless document management system
- Receiving and distributing the mail
- Greeting clients and other visitors to the office

Candidates with previous reception/administrative experience preferred. Computer proficient and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

The position is available for immediate hire.
