We have several opportunities for Business Analysts and Systems Analysts with a minimum 5 years’ experience to liaise with stakeholders to understand their structure, policies, and operations with the objective of assisting in achieving their goals. Experience in a healthcare environment is also highly desired.
- Business Analysts: Gathering business requirements, defining business processes, conducting information system integration and acceptance testing, supporting the development of training and related change management materials, and participation in implementation and post-implementation support are all potential facets of the role.
- Systems Analysts: Examine existing business models and flows of data, outlining options\ designs of new systems or components, specifying operations of the new systems and translating systems requirements into technical specifications are potential facets of the role.
Desirable educational background includes: ITIL, Prosci, ISP, ITCP, CBAP certifications. Certificate, Diploma or Degree from an educational facility with a major in Business or Systems Analysis is also a strong asset.
At PCGI our professional development for Analysts is focused on the alignment with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and achieving the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation. We also strongly support the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS) and their Information Technology Certified Professional (ITCP) and Information Systems Professional (ISP) designations.
