Cashier (Former Employee) – Fort Nelson, BC – June 19, 2014
It was a fairly good experience at Overwaitea, but whenever I needed shorter shifts because of schooling, they would never listen to my requests. The 5 minute breaks are a little too short for someone who hasn't eaten since lunch and is working a shift that skips dinner, especially if that person is a growing teenager. My coworkers were kind and were good at their job though, and I'm thankful for that.
allowed having water at tills, coworkers were nice, managers were strict.

Produce Clerk (Former Employee) – Sparwood, BC – October 15, 2012
I really enjoyed the opportunity I had to work there and learn about grocery department, dairy department, Gm and produce. The store however due to union contracts only let the new hires work 20 hrs a week. I worked at 5:00am or 6:00am for 4 hour shifts or closing shifts for 4 hrs. Depending on where I was needed. I also enjoyed the variety of working in the different departments. The hardes part of the job was having to leave after 4 hrs even if my work wasn't finished.
